Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing information on products/services, and relaying messages to the sales team.
- **Business Development** : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and market segments to expand the Group's presence in the local market and ensure to establish key relationships with the right stakeholders to help gain the right access into the market.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Ensure that all relevant information (such as project details, pricing, timelines) is included and accurate.
- **Sales Presentations**: Support in creating presentations or sales decks for meetings with clients.
- **Internal Liaison**: Communicate between departments (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service, project management) to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
- **Complaint Handling**: Address and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate team members when needed, ensuring that client concerns are resolved promptly.
**What You Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales.
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in construction management.
- Strong ability to develop and execute on go-to market strategies that result in revenue growth.
- Proven experience in identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities, with strong ability to network and engage in value selling.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans that drive both business and commercial success.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and networking skills. Open mind, flexibility and resilience
- Positive attitude and mindset
- Ability to work on different topics simultaneously
**Job Type**: Permanent
