- Oversee the account management for both existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in networking events to build connections, attract new clients, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure consistent sales growth and expand market share.
- Explore and develop new market opportunities while providing expert advice on products to customers.
- Maintain and regularly update sales, marketing, and business development documentation, such as analyses, trends, and performance metrics.
- Assist with the execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to align sales objectives with organizational goals.
- Provide insightful reports to management, including market trends, performance updates, and suggestions for improvement.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, business development, sales management, product management, or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and challenges faced by businesses, allowing for effective needs assessment and solution positioning.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in IT or a passion for internet technologies.
- Motivated, resourceful, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate ideas to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Enthusiastic about building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Possess a personal mode of transportation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
