Manage and control all site-related documentation, including contracts, reports, drawings, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Creation of the system based number referencing for the correspondence and document of the project.
- Maintain and organise both physical and digital records, ensuring documents are filed systematically and easily accessible to the project team
- Implement a robust document control system to track and monitor document flow and ensure timely distribution of documents to all relevant parties
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the site management team, including scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, and handling day-to-day office tasks
- Support the QAQC and procurement teams by ensuring all necessary documentation is available and up to date
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual document management requirements
- Act as the point of contact for document-related inquiries, ensuring transparent and timely communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of audit trails for documentation, ensuring all records are complete and accurate for project reviews and inspections
- Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are delivered to appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
- Liaise with the relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation issues (e.g. discrepancy on the documents).

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Records Management or any related qualifications
- Minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Technical Course or equivalent
- Computer-literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Minimum 0 to 3 years working experience.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
