HR & Admin Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **HR & Admin Manager** to lead our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and office administration to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Administer payroll, benefits and compliance with labour laws.
- Implement HR policies and performance management systems.
- Oversee office operations, procurement and record-keeping.
- Ensure workplace safety and smooth administrative processes.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years of HR and administrative experience in a managerial role.
- Preferably with experience in the **property management industry**.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and other relevent act is an advantage.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
