**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years’ experience** in Human Resource and with payroll background.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and HRMS tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute and verified all staff payroll, reimbursement, statutory and claims are process and paid correctly.
- Execute and monitor all staff welfare not limited to medical expenses, GHS and GPA.
- Execute, monitor and collaborate closely with HRBP to provide HRA data and/or reports to site Management, HODs and employees about all HR, HRMS, regulatory and compliances policies and procedure.
- Facilitate in contact point to all HRA related policies and procedures and escalate to HRBP for engagement and training processing and approval.
- Provide information to HRBP and site Management, data and/or reports for analysis on risk, opportunities and improvisation in daily business HR related policies, procedures and escalate to site management and/or CHR for standardise implementation.
- Prepare and execute HRA data and records that shall impact the business and/or productions to HRBP and site Management periodically.
- Execute, maintain and update all HRA records, files and HRA SOP are in order and up to date for reference and audit purpose and organizational structure align with the business and corporate directions.
- Facilitate and promote the organizations Core Values to ensure employees ‘Live and Embrace’ as part of the organization’s culture.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
