**URGENT HIRING**Join our team as a Business development

**Location**: 10 Boulevard, Petaling Jaya

**Job Responsibility**:

- Identify and develop strategic business opportunities to expand clinic centers and services, partnerships, and referrals (e.g., corporate, insurance, specialist clinics, wellness centres).
- Strengthen relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, TPA/insurance panels, and other stakeholders.
- Drive growth strategies including outreach programs, info days, wellness events, and digital visibility.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to propose new service offerings or improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all branches.
- Monitor and report on performance KPIs, revenue generation, and growth pipeline.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in healthcare, rehabilitation or wellness industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to travel to branches across Malaysia.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Deadline-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate work efficiently
- Must possess a pleasant personality and a team-player mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
