**Join Our Team as an Operations Executive**

**Location**: Remote
**Working Days**: Flexible - 5 days per week
**Working Hours**: Flexible - up to 20 hr per week

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused university graduate to join our dynamic team as an **Operations Executive** at our Edufront Learning Services Sdn Bhd. If you have a strong passion for education and a commitment to service excellence, we want you on our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will play a vital role in supporting our operations in Singapore by ensuring the smooth delivery of our educational and enrichment programmes. Your responsibilities include:

- Handling customer enquiries and driving sales conversion
- Providing excellent customer service support
- Managing student registrations and enrolments
- Maintaining and updating the Student Information System (SIS)
- Administering tutor onboarding, scheduling, and communication
- Monitoring student attendance and programme logistics
- Coordinating printing and distribution of teaching materials
- Managing our Learning Management System (LMS)

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- A degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with basic administrative systems
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and a great team player

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: RM20.00 - RM30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Supplemental Pay:
