- Fresh graduates are welcome with Degrees in Mass Communication or equivalent
- Must have B2 level English and C1+ level Mandarin & Cantonese language proficiency (reference: )
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
- Prior working experience in a call center is a plus (not compulsory).
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations
- Open to all nationalities.
- Able to start immediately.
- Age group below 40 years old.
- Process payments securely, ensuring customer data protection.
- Address customer concerns proactively to protect brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer support processes
- Share feedback to improve service quality
- Stay updated with training and skill development
- Meet performance targets set by the company and client
- Follow company and client policies

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
