- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Provide detailed information on road tax renewal procedures, vehicle insurance options, and documentation requirements.
- Process road tax renewals through relevant government portals or systems.
- Coordinate with JPJ, insurance providers, and other agencies when needed.
- Ensure all customer records and documents are accurately updated and filed.
- Follow up with customers to confirm successful renewals or gather missing information.
- Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest regulations and policies regarding road tax and insurance.
- Support general office administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- **What we are looking for**:_
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Comm or equivalent field.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in customer service industry.
- Eager and open to training for a team leader role.
- Dedicated and personable customer service professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Skilled in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Committed to continuous improvement and providing support that reflects the company's values and standards.
- Prior experience in customer service or the automotive/insurance industry is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of road tax and vehicle insurance processes.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus point.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online systems.
