**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime.

**Administrative**:

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Manage company documentation, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards in all administrative processes.

**Employee Relations**:

- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare and present HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of HR metrics, such as recruitment, turnover, and training data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive or in a similar role.
- Have 2 years experience in HR/Admin or any related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
