**Customer Care Executive (3-Month Contract)**
We’re Hiring: Customer Care Executive
**Company**: Iscada Net Sdn. Bhd.
**Location**: Kota Damansara (Walking distance to MRT Station)
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Contract**: 3 Months (Renewable based on performance)
**Salary Package**(with KWSP, SOCSO & Overtime Pay)**:
- RM2,300 during probation
- RM2,400 after **1-month probation confirmation**
About the Role
At Iscada Net, our Customer Care team is the **first line of communication** with our clients. We’re looking for someone who is **confident, outspoken, mentally strong**, and enjoys working with people.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle **inbound & outbound calls** professionally
- Update **PIC details, user accounts, and records** in the SPK-i portal
- Maintain accurate **company and vendor information**:
- Assist with **vendor registration and renewals**:
- Carry out tasks assigned by the **Head of Department / Deputy** within deadlines

- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- **Mentally resilient** and able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in **Bahasa Malaysia & English**:
- **Willing to work overtime** when required by the Head of Department
