**JOB SUMMARY**:
Abedeen Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to be the dedicated on-site human resources professional. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all HR functions at the school.

**JOB RESPONSBILITIES**:
**Employee Relations & Case Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies.

**Administration**:

- Manage and maintain HR documentation, including employee files and policies.
- Draft and issue HR-related letters, including employment offers, confirmation, warnings, termination, and salary adjustment letters.
- Oversee office administration tasks, including supplies management and correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy and legal compliance in all HR documentation.
- Maintain proper records of issued letters for reference and audit purposes.

**Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Assist the full-cycle recruitment process for Abedeen Academy, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HQ to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.

**General HR Support**:

- Assist in identifying talent gaps and support the development of workforce planning strategies.
- Identify training and development needs and assist in coordinating relevant programs.
- Manage training budgets, attendance, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records, reports, and HRDF claims (if applicable).
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
- Assist in the development, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide a comprehensive range of HR support services to ensure a positive and productive work environment at Abedeen Academy.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
- Experience in the education sector or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, IR and regulations.
- Good track record in building professional relationships and strong credibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
