Job Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with local employment laws & regulations to ensure company practices are in compliance
- Prepare monthly attendance report
- Prepare HR related documents such as letter of employment, letter of termination, company memorandums, etc
- Recruit staff for outlets via online channels
- Manage overall office administration, manage payments to suppliers
- Manage social media channels
