To send related document to Immigration/Myeg office for foreign workers work permit.
- Liaise closely with Government Bodies, Immigration Department and Myeg and Embassies.
- To arrange accommodation for foreign workers, carry out inspection hostel management.
- Taking care the welfare of foreign workers.
- To monitor cleanliness of company compound such as inspection of canteen, employee’s locker, office, production’s toilet and Weighbridge and Security area.
- To assist HR Executive on payment for cukai pintu, utility bills, company licenses, send foreign worker for FOMEMA medical check up, employee Port pass and assist foreign workers to open Maybank account or any other matters.
- To assist HR Manager/ Executive on daily administration job.
- Handling of company’s vehicle such as send for repair and update user’s record.

**Job Specification**
- Minimum requirement SPM, Certificate in any field
- Skills required : Friendly and get along well with people, result oriented and self motivated, accept responsibility and able to perform multi-tasking functions and meets deadlines.
- Good command of verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Computer literate
- Possessed own transport and valid driving license

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
