HR Assistant

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening applications.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Support the onboarding process, including orientation and staff ID preparation.
2. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and monthly timesheets.
- Handle HR-related correspondence, memos, and announcements.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
3. Employee Relations
- Assist in handling staff inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the HR team in managing staff welfare, events, and engagement activities.
- Help in monitoring staff discipline and documenting minor incidents.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and venue arrangements.
- Maintain training records and assist in preparing training reports.
- Support implementation of internal training programs.
5. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, OT, and allowances.
- Support the administration of staff benefits such as medical claims and uniform issuance.
6. Compliance & HR Processes
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Assist during audits, inspections, and documentation checks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
