**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the sales process following medical consultations.
- Support doctors in explaining treatment plans, such as Pico for skin rejuvenation and Meso for slimming.
- Reinforce treatment value and outcomes by recommending extended packages (e.g., 3x Pico/Meso sessions).
- Present and manage deposit options when applicable.
- If patients accept the doctor’s recommendation, introduce additional initiatives such as referral programs, package upgrades, or longer-term plans.
- If patients are undecided, follow up with clear communication and persuasive but ethical sales techniques to encourage conversion.
- Monitor and track patient interest, conversions, and upselling performance.

**Front Desk Responsibilities**:

- Welcome all clients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
- Handle payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain client records with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies (e.g., PDPA).
- Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in front desk, retail, or clinic-based sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sales conversations with confidence and empathy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS and booking systems.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
