Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Process customer orders, returns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, planning) to ensure on-time deliveries and service levels.
- Update customers on order status, shipment tracking, and any delays or issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including order history and service interactions.
- Support documentation and billing processes, ensuring accuracy in all customer transactions.
- Handle after-sales service requests and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
- Assist in preparing reports related to customer service metrics and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
