Inside Sales Representative

**A regional IT solutions provider is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support its business development and sales coordination efforts.**
**This is a full-time, permanent role based in Malaysia, offering the flexibility to work entirely from home, with no daily commute required.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and follow up on renewal and new sales quotations
- Process and track sales orders accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records and data in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Submit weekly sales pipeline updates to the sales team
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards
- Perform administrative tasks as required by the team
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an inside sales or sales support role
- Experience in IT distribution or systems integration is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) is an advantage
- Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably from home
**Job Details**
- Work location: Remote (within Malaysia)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Annual leave: 14 days
- Medical coverage: Reimbursement basis
- Public holidays: Follows Malaysia’s calendar
