To assist Human Resource Manager in managing daily operation activities and ensure daily operations runs smoothly.
- To assist on monthly payroll which is main role.
- Gathered and collect daily documents from all site and pass to dispatcher
- Acknowledge documents received and inform person in charge and pass back to them
- Update employee master listing in excel (all inform in the master listing) and saved in HR folder inclusive, new joiner details and resign listing. Then, to report the update to HOD
- Update HQ team attendance in the WhatsApp’s
- Check and inform due to confirm employee and update panel clinic for confirm employee.
- Check resignee employee handover items
- Send updated employee listing to HOD and the rest of HR team.
- To compile all attendance and verify their attendance
- To update the attendance of developer for invoicing purpose
- To update and check Mediviron clinic invoice
- To update and check outsource cleaner invoice
- To update and arrange HQ staff Saturday work schedule and notify all HQ team
- To issue transfer letter if there is relocation arise or instructed.
- Assist to follow up disciplinary letter issues, handover job and exit interview
- To inform IT on the resignation list and terminate the thumbprint and access card
- To set thumbprint & access card for new joiner
- Any other works that assigned from time to time

**Position Requirements**:

- A certificate / diploma / degree in Human Resource or any related discipline
- Possess basic understand in Employment law and Industrial Relations.
- Able to communicate and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses around 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resource & Administration work.
- Willing to learn and show good interest in daily works.
- Meticulous and able to work in fast move direction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
