**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Captain** to lead our service team and ensure smooth operations on the dining floor. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of servers, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, guest preferences, and service expectations.
- Ensure all servers adhere to fine dining service standards and protocols.
- Monitor the dining floor to anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Train and mentor service staff, providing feedback and support to improve performance.
- Assist in setting up the dining area, including table arrangements and décor.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining floor.
- Prepare service reports and communicate feedback to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Captain, Team Leader, or Senior Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and fine dining service standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
