**Job Summary **:This role will be responsible to manage and review call center data to develop reports, and resolve any customers or call center issues. This role is also required to assist to manage event and promotion in service department.

Analysis Part:

- Updating the project progress plan accordingly and resolve issues arising.
- Monitoring projects & update the project’s data report.
- Perform data analysis for improvements in project.
- Manages to deal with the requirement from CN.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matter relates to the project.
- Audit the created order. To ensure all information is correct and accurate.
- Quality Audit the performance of agents.

Planner Part:

- Assist in monthly service day execution.
- Material preparation, activity preheating and guidance before the event.
- Handle emergencies and adjust flexibly during the event.
- Record relevant materials and statistics after the event.
- Perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignment as per required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field; Master’s degree would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of business functions such as finance, HR, and marketing
- Basic understanding in strategic planning and business development
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, oral, and client-facing communication skills
- Experience in public speaking
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
