**Requirements**:
- Qualification: A Degree in Business Studies / Administration majoring in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Min 2 years of relevant HRM experience. Payroll experience is essential.
- Essential Attributes: Resourceful and takes initiative, strong and effective communication skills at all levels, strong organizational skills, internal & external customer service oriented, strong sense of confidentiality and high integrity.
**Responsibilities**:
Primary Roles
The HR Executive supports the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies, Policies, Procedures and initiatives that support the overall Company’s objectives and goals.
To perform the full spectrum of HRM functions, which include Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Reward Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Engagement.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the process to review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes and ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organizational goals, objectives and the market trends and competitiveness.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Provide HR advisory service to line functions and ensure all employment activities are in compliance with various employment legislations.
- Partner with department to implement appropriate Recruitment and selection strategies and tools to meet the organization manpower needs, ensuring recruitment of the right person for the right job.
- Perform full spectrum of payroll, responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly salaries (including overtime, bonuses and claims), EPF and other statutory contributions of existing employees.
- Maintain and update employee personnel data.
- Actively engage employees through regular communication and respond to inquiries regarding HR matters.
- Prepare monthly reports for Management.
- Participate in the organization of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employees’ engagement.
- Manage disciplinary / grievance and HR issue.
- Support the review and execution of Performance Management System to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Conduct staff orientation and induction programmed and ensure proper induction of new joiners.
- Manage training records of all employees and identify the area that needs training for each employee.
Perform other HR and admin functions as and when assigned.
