Quotation Executive will be responsible to respond to various inquiries and generate quotations for projects. He/She will work very closely with Product Manager and all the sales managers for effective co-ordination and conversion of quotation into business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with customers as and when required
- Generate project quotations within defined timieframe
- Interact closely with Product Manager to arrive at the most optimum commercial solutions that enable project win
- Work closely with all team members during quotation and negotiation stages and incorporate any changes as necessary
- Provide regular monthly reports on Quotation generation and conversion
- Keep abreast of new developments in the industry and competitive strategies

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Marketing
- 2-4 years of experience in project support / pre-sales / sales in professional lighting business preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English
- Proactive, good attention todetails, follow-up and execution
- Proficient in MS Office specifically in Excel. Experience in Pipeline management CRM tool will be a plus
- Strong time management
