1. Maximise Franchise Operation Department Efficiency and Productivity - Work independently to assist centre principal with simple consultation regarding to centre operation as well as centre improvement strategies. - Offering guidance and advice to FOE (team member) to provide simple consultation regarding centre operation such as products, FB post and annual activities. - Conducting visit to the centre based on the schedule set after consulting with the HOD. - Performing field visit to audit centre performance including annual activities rehearsal. - Conducting annual comprehensive visit and recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges or providing improvement strategist for centre performance. - Overseeing the implementation of centre improvement planning. - Other company projects or event (exhibition, concert, graduation, etc) assigned by HOD. 2. Administrative Task - Prepare letters or documentations as requested by HOD. - Monitor centre documentation record and preparing report for field visits as well as phone visit. - Monitoring FOE daily task. - Checking FOE report before sending to centre. 3. Centres and inter-department support and cross communication - Liaise with other department in order to support centre operation. - Assist R&D department to prepare monthly training or other projects. - Conducting training for teachers.
