**Job Summary**:
The Executive, International Student Affairs is responsible for managing and supporting international student services, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing end-to-end assistance for student pass processes, welfare, and engagement. The role also serves as a key liaison with government agencies, faculties, and internal departments to support the academic and personal success of international students at Perdana University.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in student affairs, higher education administration, or immigration-related services.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian immigration policies, EMGS processes, and higher education regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills with attention to detail

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with Immigration Department of Malaysia (IDM) and Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates on the IPT Formation Management System (IFMS) and related receipts.
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g., Immigration, JPA, PTPTN, KDN, MOHE) to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to international students on visa matters, enforcement regulations, and academic progress.
- Monitor attendance and academic performance, providing consultations and referrals for students with high absenteeism or academic challenges.
- Address personal welfare and campus issues in coordination with faculty and other administrative departments.
- Act as the primary contact for the International Student Society and support international student engagement.
- Prepare, compile, and submit required reports to regulatory bodies (Immigration, KDN, MOHE).
- Manage documentation requests, including verification letters, student ID replacements, and academic calendar updates.
- Oversee indemnity insurance matters and payments for clinical attachments.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases of international student records.
- Prepare monthly stock-take reports of international student numbers and recommend remedial actions as needed.
- Assist in organising student orientations, convocations, and other university events.
- Process and respond to feedback from students and parents in a timely manner.
- Support roadshows, education fairs, and other promotional/marketing activities as required.
- Provide clear communication and timely engagement with international students regarding regulations and university requirements.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Management of Perdana University.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
