As we expand, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s ready to take charge—someone who thrives on connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships across the education sector.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
You’ll be on the frontlines, helping schools discover how our platform can make their jobs easier and more efficient. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, knows how to build trust, and isn’t afraid to chase down new leads.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Lead engaging product demos (virtual or on-site) that connect platform features to real classroom impact.
- Own the full sales cycle—research, first touch, negotiation, close, handover, renewals and upsells.
- Keep an immaculate pipeline in our CRM so every prospect receives timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and with product on customer feedback that shapes the roadmap.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets and celebrate wins with the team.

You’ll need:
- 1-2 years in B2B sales, business development or account management (SaaS or services).
- Clear, engaging communicator who tells a great story and asks insightful questions.
- Comfortable presenting on video calls, sharing screens and using CRM and productivity tools.
- Clear, confident communication—you know how to ask the right questions and explain ideas simply.
- A self-starter attitude—you’re proactive, organised, and always looking for the next opportunity.
- A consultative sales approach—you listen first and recommend what truly fits the customer.
- Meticulous follow-through—you enjoy ticking off to-dos and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Energised by goals and numbers; you see targets as milestones, not limits.
**Nice-to-have extras**:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Experience in SaaS, edtech, or working with schools.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
