**Qualifications**
- Diploma holder and above (Fresh graduates welcomed to apply);
- Non native Japanese must have Japanese Language Certificate level N1 or N2;
- Excellent communication skills in language required & English;
- Excellent commercial understanding;
- Problem solving;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Independent and customer friendly.
- Experienced with Customer Care, internet and hotel industry
**Responsibilities**:
- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
- Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;
- Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
- Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.

ホテルやゲストに特別なリクエストの手配のためにアウトバウンドコールを行う
ゲストとホテルの間での苦情解決のための連絡役を果たす高いレベルの顧客サービスとアカウント管理サポートを提供することによって、ホテルとの関係を管理する

Pay: RM6,900.00 per month
