1. Participate in assisting management on the company's food safety & HACCP Quality, Environmental, safety and health policies, objectives and practices.
2. Coordinate with Purchasing Department on daily sub-material receiving schedule.
3. Ensure accurate sub-material receiving quantity and proper monitoring/ screening of sub-material quality. Coordinate and sort out with Purchasing Department if there is any inferior.
4. Ensure proper storage condition of sub-materials.
5. Ensure accurate issuance quantity of sub-materials to TP Plant and accurate return quantity to supplier if there is any reject.
6. Prepare daily warehouse stock movement planning for internal and external warehouse.
7. Coordinate with Marketing department on logistics arrangement for internal and external warehouse in order to ensure smooth operation.
8. Ensure all products are strictly controlled before release to customer. All packed products must be properly screened before loading into container or truck for dispatch.
9. Ensure accurate daily stock count of sub-materials, work in-progress stock and final products and verify daily stock reports prepared by warehouse supervisor.
10. Initiate corrective actions when handling with any non-conformance product, process trouble or customer complaint with other related department. Ensure corrective action report (CAR) is duly completed and submitted to QA within specified timeframe.
11. Liaise with technical or maintenance personnel for any warehouse facilites improvement or repair activities.
12. control the accuracy of the measuring equipment used e.g. calibration of temprature sensors of warehouse air conditioning system, and monitor the operating condition of cooling tower for warehouse air conditioning system.
13. Monitor the condition of reach truck and forklift as well as the maintenance schdule of those equipment.
14. Monitor the daily job performance via manpower arrangement and attendance records.
15. Ensure good manufacturing practices comply with company policies and objectives.
16. Submit monthly report on the warehouse movement to superior together with supporting documents.
17. Monitor and motivate subordinates' performance and develop or upgrade their skills and knowledge.
18. Ensure all subordinates understanding and adherence on the company's policy, rules and regulations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
