Support trainings, internal meetings and employee trainings. Organization and logistic arrangement.
- PO and invoice handling. Vendor and TPIs management.
- Daily Go-to person: day to day activities, organize potential tours of the Global Manufacturing facility / distribution center, meeting room calendar management, seminar room preparation, catering, order/maintain supplies, training material, equipment, simulators and relative software. In general, all resources required to ensure an effective service during customer event, including last-minute logístical requests.
- Responsible for files, surveys, data tracking and consolidation. Spend and budget tracking support.
- Internal & External Audit support.
- Involve obtain/provide information, answer queries related to established policies and procedures. Direct people to the appropriate resource.
- Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batu Kawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
