**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client information in CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries or issues post-sale, ensuring client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry (e.g., retail, services, B2B), with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to negotiate deals and pricing with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and work towards achieving sales goals without constant supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt sales strategies based on market conditions, customer needs, and industry trends.
