- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses’ verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Review and manage effective recruitment strategies, identifying effective sources of hiring talented people best fitted for the Group of Companies.
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of recruitment process.
- Expatriate management encompassing work permit approvals, accommodation and related services
- Manage recruitment efforts and advising budget.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and duties that the Management may instruct and assign you from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2Year(s) of working experience in Recruitment and Staffing/ Talent Acquisition.
- Strong team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful and with practical approach.
