Customer Services Officer

**Customer Services Officer Role**:
To handle all fleet in Southern region in term of servicing, breakdown, inspection and many more. CSO will be the front liner to serve customer after sales and it will help to smoothen the procedure of work.
- Ensure all vehicle exchanges and delivery pickups are accurately updated without any omissions.
- Verify that the physical unit's odometer reading matches the Carpro system records.
- Attend to vehicle check-out and check-in processes with customers.
- Maintain the corporate fleet in optimal condition and ensure regular upkeep.
- Respond to customer service requests, especially in cases of breakdowns or emergencies, within 24 hours.
- Review and evaluate workshop pricing to ensure cost efficiency and quality service.
- Coordinate servicing of non-Nissan models with panel workshops.
- Submit monthly Petronas fuel and breakdown reports for reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit petty cash claims and related reports in a timely manner.
- Remain on standby 24/7 for any vehicle breakdowns or hotline emergencies.
- Oversee vehicle inspection and manage weekly road tax renewal processes.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma in Automotive, Logistics, or a related field is an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in fleet management, vehicle coordination, or automotive services.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems (e.g., Carpro) is preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and able to drive various vehicle types.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and under pressure.
- Willing to be on standby 24/7 for emergency breakdowns or hotline support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and service providers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Must be physically fit and willing to travel for vehicle-related assignments.
Working Location : Kuching, Sarawak
