1. **Administrative Management**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office administration, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and IT coordination.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for office administration.

2. **Executive Support**
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and event planning as required.
- Assist in personal errands and tasks when necessary.

3. **Compliance & Risk Management**
- Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, and government regulations in the EV sector.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international automotive laws.
- Liaise with government agencies, investors, and industry bodies for partnerships and approvals.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks related to administration and executive functions.

4. **Communication & Coordination**
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Assist in handling inquiries and follow-ups on behalf of the executive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
