- 负责制定客服产品的功能设计，并编写清晰的产品需求⽂档（PRD）。
- 管理客服产品开发的整个⽣命周期，确保项⽬按时交付。
- 与开发团队紧密合作，推动产品的迭代和改进。
- 主动收集和分析反馈，不断改进产品。
- 使⽤数据分析⼯具监控产品运营数据，提供决策⽀持。
**职位要求：**
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上产品经理经验，有互联⽹或软件⾏业经验者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能⼒，能够有效协调各⽅资源。
- 熟悉敏捷开发流程，具备项⽬管理经验。
- 语言: 中文，英文流利
