**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and maintain products, including but not limited to FX, common commodities, stocks, precious metals, and cryptocurrencies
- Conduct market analysis, and user and competitive research to understand industry trends and competitive environment, and provide guidance for product positioning and market promotion
- Lead the execution of the product roadmap and contribute to the go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product pricing, profit management strategies, and quotation models
- Ensure products meet market needs and business goals
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design teams to ensure products are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards
- Work with the Business Development team to provide product training and support to ensure a strong understanding of product features and competitive advantages
- Conduct follow-ups and community outreach with users to understand their needs and obtain feedback
- Track product performance and stay up-to-date on market response, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to optimize product performance and market share Improve customer satisfaction through consistent product improvement and innovation based on user feedback, market research, and industry trends

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, business, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in fintech, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or other finance and investment-related industries
- In-depth industry knowledge of financial markets, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key stakeholders across departments
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends, derive actionable insights, and consolidated them into clear data reports
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.

**任职要求**:

- 本科或以上学历，金融、经济学、商业管理或相关领域优先。
- 有3年以上的相关从业经验。
- 在金融衍生品领域拥有丰富的经验，熟悉不同类型的衍生品产品和市场。
- 具备深入的金融市场和行业知识，了解相关法规和风险管理原则。
- 出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同利益相关者进行有效的沟通和合作。
- 熟练使用办公软件和数据分析工具，具备数据分析和报告的能力。
