**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Assistant supports the business development team in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. This role involves conducting research, maintaining client relationships, coordinating business initiatives, and providing administrative support to ensure the success of the company's business development activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and target customers.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings for the business development team.
**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on client inquiries and support the preparation of proposals or contracts.
- Maintain customer databases and update records as needed.
**3. Administrative Support**
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for the business development team.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Track progress of business development projects and ensure timely follow-up.
**4. Sales and Marketing Support**
- Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and qualification.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
**5. Collaboration and Coordination**
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support business goals.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
