_**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**_
**Payroll**
- Ensure an efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Provide full scope of payroll processing including computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records.
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.
- Preparing payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and labor cost analyses.
- Conducting regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepancies.
- Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filling.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Management
**C&B**
- Preparing movement file for GHS, GPA, and GTL by monthly
- Assist on employees regarding inpatient and outpatient
- Handling invoice for inpatient and outpatient
- Handling for confirmation
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferable
- Previous working exposure with Mywave Emplx is advantageous
- Must be computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Required to maintain strict confidentiality of information
- Ability to work well within a team but also work autonomously when needed and uses initiative.
- Passion for numbers.
- Excellent communication skills, strong English skills is preferred.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
