**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR administrative support, including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
- Work closely with Regional HR, Recruitment, and HR Operations teams to streamline processes
- Maintain and update HR systems (SuccessFactors) with high accuracy
- Generate HR-related letters (e.g., employment references, promotion letters)
- Administer employee benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Support HR reporting activities (e.g., attendance, terminations, transfers)
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia HR regulations and company policies
- Process invoices and purchase orders related to HR activities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR operational queries

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** in HR Operations or HR administration
- Strong knowledge of **Malaysia HR regulations and employee lifecycle processes**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel - VLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint)**:

- Experience with **HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred)**:

- Excellent **English and Malay communication skills**:

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
