HR & Admin Assistant

We're looking for analytical and passionate people to join our proven team as HR & Admin Assistant based in Malaysia.
About the role, you will
- Handle full spectrum of HR administration and processes
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, screening, interviewing, etc
- Prepare all HR-related letters/correspondences including employment letters, confirmation letters and other relevant correspondences
- Facilitate on-boarding process (procurement of laptops, preparation of access cards and merchandise)
- Perform all general office and administrative duties
- Provide administrative support, calendar management and meeting coordination to management and/or HODs
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for staff
- Organize employee engagement activities and special events
- Act as Finance for payroll and expense processing
About you
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; open for fresh grads with HR internship experience
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements
- Meticulous, organized and possesses a good team player spirit will be essential traits for this role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
