**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Plan and execute end-to-end delivery of transformation and product enablement projects.
- Streamline financial close, accounts reconciliation, and intercompany settlement processes
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and workflow mapping.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities/solutions to automate manual finance tasks (e.g., transaction matching, FX revaluation, settlement reporting).
- Lead or support implementation of tools like ERP systems, e-invoicing platforms, or financial reporting solutions.
- Enabling Improvement in data integrity across finance systems (e.g., ensure alignment between transactional systems and accounting records).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Ops, IT) and vendors during planning, UAT, and rollout.
- Drive change management efforts including user training, SOP updates, and issue resolution during transition periods.
- Prepare and report project KPIs, financial impact, and compliance readiness.
- Manage project documentation, governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and escalation processes.

**To be eligible for this role, you will require**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. CPA/ACCA is an advantage.
- 3-6 years of experience in finance transformation or project roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, accounting, and reconciliation tools.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, financial controls, and digital finance solutions.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
