Sales Admin

Handle and record sales orders from walk-in, WhatsApp, and online customers.
Prepare quotations and invoices for customers.
Support the sales team by preparing daily/weekly sales reports and documents.
Check and confirm product availability before and after orders are placed.
Communicate effectively with customers on order status, delivery updates, and payment details.
Maintain and update customer records in the system or manual files.
Coordinate with the delivery team for order dispatch.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or WhatsApp in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist in other administrative tasks related to sales operations.
**Requirements**:
Minimum STPM/Diploma in a relevant field.
Strong communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Fast learner and proactive
Customer-friendly and presentable
Able to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
