**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, coordinating client meetings, and following up on sales leads.
- Prepare and manage customer proposals, presentations, and contracts as directed by the sales team.
- Track and manage sales documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- **Customer Service**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product and service information.
- Coordinate and respond to customer complaints or issues and escalate to the sales team as needed.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly to ensure accurate data.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Arrange travel and accommodation for sales team members as necessary.
- Monitor office supplies, process orders, and liaise with vendors.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.
- Assist in maintaining records of sales trends, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
- Update spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare documentation for team meetings.
- **Sales Process Optimization**:
- Identify and suggest process improvements to streamline administrative functions within the sales team.
- Assist in training new sales team members on administrative procedures and CRM software usage.
- Support marketing initiatives by organizing promotional events and managing promotional materials inventory.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Pay: RM1,300.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
