Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Pemasaran, Pengurusan Perniagaan, Komunikasi atau Pengurusan Acara.
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam bidang jualan atau pembangunan perniagaan, terutama dalam industri katering atau acara.
- Penampilan profesional dan yakin dalam berkomunikasi dengan pelbagai jenis pelanggan.
- Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri.
- Fleksibel bekerja hujung minggu dan waktu acara _**(jika diperlukan)**_
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan membuat keputusan dengan cepat.
- Berdikari dan berorientasikan pencapaian sasaran.
- Mahir menggunakan media sosial, Google Drive dan Microsoft Office.
- Kreatif, teliti, dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris
**1. Mengenal Pasti Peluang Perniagaan Baru**
- Melakukan kajian pasaran untuk mencari pelanggan atau sektor baru yang berpotensi.
- Membangunkan kerjasama dengan perancang acara, perancang perkahwinan, hotel, syarikat korporat dan agensi kerajaan.
- Menghadiri mesyuarat, pameran dan acara industri bagi memperluaskan rangkaian perniagaan.
**2. Mengurus Rundingan dan Penutupan Jualan**
- Menyediakan proposal dan dokumen berkaitan untuk rakan perniagaan.
- Menyelenggara kontrak kerjasama yang sedia ada.
- Mengendalikan lawatan dewan bersama pelanggan.
- Menyediakan sebut harga, invois dan kontrak mengikut bajet pelanggan.
- Rundingan harga dan pakej yang bersesuaian bagi memenuhi keperluan pelanggan.
**3. Memupuk Hubungan Pelanggan dan Servis Selepas Jualan**
- Menjalin hubungan erat dengan pelanggan sebelum, semasa dan selepas acara.
- Menangani aduan pelanggan secara profesional dan berkesan.
**4. Merancang dan Melaksanakan Strategi Jualan**
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan jualan dan pemasaran untuk merangka kempen yang berkesan.
- Menetapkan sasaran jualan dan memantau pencapaian KPI.
**5. Memberi Sokongan Operasi Semasa Acara**
- Memberi sokongan secara langsung semasa acara berlangsung.
- Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan operasi, kewangan dan pemasaran untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan acara.
**6. Penyediaan Laporan dan Dokumentasi**
- Menyediakan laporan jualan dan perkembangan perniagaan secara berkala (mingguan/bulanan).
- Mencapai dan melebihi sasaran jualan (KPI) yang ditetapkan.
Faedah Tambahan
- **Baucar Makanan**: RM200/bulan
- **Tuntutan Perjalanan**: Mengikut terma & syarat syarikat
