**Position: Customer Support Executive**

**Tenure: 6 months contract (Renewable basis/Converted to Permanent)**

**Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2500 (Depending on experience)**

**Location: Petaling Jaya**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage large amounts of incoming call (Inbound calls)
- Provide information and troubleshooting to subscriber or dealer in a proper manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Escalate ticket to respective department for further investigation and do follow up call to subscriber and dealer.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Fast learner (Must be able to find the information and solution during high traffic of calls) without providing wrong information.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 - 2 years working in customer service Industry
- Minimum Qualification: SPM onwards

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
