Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be based in Johor Bahru and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You will play an important role in:

- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Good English communication skills.
- You are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
