Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to oversee the planning, positioning, and training of our product portfolio. This role is critical to aligning internal teams with product strategies and market needs, ensuring strong product understanding and capablility of organizing events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1) Product Training**_
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams (sales, promoters, customer service, etc.) and external partnes (dealers, promoters).
- Ensure clear understanding of product features, value propositions, and usage scenarios
- Regularly update training materials to reflect new features, technologies, and design innovations
- **2) Product and Market Study**_
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, competitor products, and technological innovations.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform strategic improvements or innovations.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market shifts to inform product positioning and development.
- **3) Event Organizing**_
- Plan and execute internal and external events such as workshops, product launches, and concept introduction sessions.
- Engage with key persons to drive participation and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing and Service teams) to align messaging, schedule resources, and secure necessary support for execution.
- Ensure all events reinforce brand values and are executed in line with company quality standards and objectives.
- **4) Performance monitoring and Reporting**_
- Track product performance, consumer feedback, and market reception to make data-driven recommendations
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on product impact and future opportunities
- **5) Others**_
- Assist marketing team on any other related marketing activities
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assign by Marketing Manager from time to time

**Requirement**:

- Required languagues: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (both spoken and written)
- Condidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,Business Studies/Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, preferable in the home and electrical industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/PPT/Excel) and relevant software
- Able to travel for training purpose
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of people
- Self-motivated, hardworking, dedicated and able to work under pressure and committed to meeting deadlines
