As an HR Strategy and Development Specialist, you’ll play a vital part within our HR team, focusing on policy development, compliance management, employee relations and engagements. You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Develop, review, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational goals.
- Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance through audits and collaboration with HR, legal, and departmental teams.
- Design and lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide training to managers for effective performance management.
- Develop and implement retention strategies by analyzing turnover data and enhancing compensation, benefits, and career development programs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in HR compliance, policy management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to articulate policies, compliance, and engagement strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
