**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of multiple restaurant branches, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sales, labor, food cost, and inventory to achieve profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and key staff to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to evaluate compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and customer service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Address customer complaints, operational challenges, and staffing issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to support promotional campaigns and staff development programs.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Ensure each outlet adheres to brand guidelines, service standards, and food quality expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and staff scheduling tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in managing franchise or high-volume QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and operational KPIs.
- Ability to lead during high-pressure situations and maintain morale.
