**About the Roles**:
Yumeiho is a leading provider of holistic health services, specializing in Yumeiho therapy. We are passionate about improving our clients' well-being and providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring positive relationships and effective communication.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Booking Arrangements**:
- Coordinate appointments and bookings for Yumeiho therapy sessions within different channel (calls/whatsupp/online booking or walk in) or social media platform (FA, Insta, etc)
- Ensure accurate scheduling and timely communication with clients.
- Maintain an organized booking system.
**Collections**:
- Process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
- Track outstanding balances and follow up with clients for timely payments.
- Handle payment-related inquiries professionally.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
**Telemarketing**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Yumeiho therapy services via campaign onsite or online
- Introduce our offerings, answer questions, and encourage bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of telemarketing interactions.
**Basic Bookkeeping**:
- Record financial transactions related to bookings, collections, and telemarketing efforts.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed.
- Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., aging reports).
**Other Duties**:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
**Experience/Skills Required**:
**Female Applicant Only**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
**Additional Assets**:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
