**About the role?**:
Join our sales team to develop and manage product distribution channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Channel Development-
Identify, evaluate, and onboard dealers, service centres, or resellers to distribute accessories such as car jacks and wipers-
Sales Activation-
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies including promotions, bundling, and field campaigns to generate sales-
Market Intelligence-
Research competitors, analyze price positioning, and understand user needs across different town categories to refine strategy-
Cross-Function Coordination-
Collaborate with Ops, Marketing, Customer Service, and Warehouse to ensure alignment and smooth execution-
Inventory Monitoring-
Work closely with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure sufficient and timely stock levels for each region-
Performance Tracking-
Track dealer activation, sales performance, stock movement and report insights regularly-
Feedback Collection-
Act as the ears on the ground - channeling field feedback to improve product selection, quality and positioning**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in sales, dealer management, or product rollout (experience in automotive aftermarket is a plus)
- Self-driven, comfortable with structured and unstructured product sales
- Able to build rapport with small business operators, from workshops to retail
- Fluent in Malay and English; bonus if comfortable presenting
- Tech-savvy which is familiar with Excel, CRM tools, and basic digital reporting
